We have recently expanded to several new locations and are striving to continue our growth to additional communities, while maintaining our exceptional standards. As such, our compensation package is the highest in the industry. Since remuneration is in-part incentive-based, a regional manager will not only schedule and instruct all prep course lessons, but will also assist in promotion/marketing of DOUBLE800's services within region. If expansion to the area proves successful, DOUBLE800 would consider offering the manager an equity share in the regional operations.

Comprehensive training is provided during the semi-annual orientation workshop in Phoenix, AZ, but a successful applicant must possess:

	Superior SAT scores (700 minimum on math and verbal; and strong writing/grammar skills for the New SAT)
	Excellent communication/presentation skills
	Formal teaching experience preferred
