Since remuneration is in-part incentive-based, a regional manager will not only schedule and instruct all prep course lessons, but will also assist in promotion/marketing of DOUBLE800's services within region. If expansion to the area proves successful, DOUBLE800 would consider offering the manager an equity share in the regional operations.
